I am not so sure it will. It seems to me that if that happens the market will go down. When the market goes down or turns choppy the mreits stay steady or go up a little because people look for a safe haven and mreits can act as one because of their high dividends.
I am tired too of the Greek crisis thing. If I was the head of the european union I would expel Greece from the euro zone or sell it to Iran or something like than, I know for sure that the ayatollah won't put it with their nanny welfare state nonsense. I'm sorry about my rant, I just don't believe that the rest of the world should suffer because of the fiscal irresponsibility of greece.
The world isn't suffering. Just people who took a risk that they knew was tied to the risk that banks take. You want to make money for free, you have to take the chance you'll get your wallet stolen for free.
