We all know Seeking Alpha stories,

pump one day ,then dump ,but the one just listed may have some value regarding AGNC ahead. You people know much more than I. Very little sales of homes is going on "in reality". Maybe be in Texas or Seattle things are o.k. The has been NO DECREE from Washington so far and the mkt is still dead, without more refi. The article states banks are NOT giving loans. I have some money, but posts herein seem skepticle about AGNC. And it would have been nice to learn about WHZ 2 weeks ago before the div..Now the horse is out of the barn.

Seeking Alpha has random posts on random topics by random people who come across new topics randomly.

If there's any value to it, it's not in any analysis provided, certainly not in any meta-analysis that its minions form collectively. No, it's that they sometimes dig up information that can be examined without regard to their attempt to recontextualize it.

Anyway, yes, you can't expect every RE market to come back. Communities die and ghost towns get sold as a single lot. But the activity of the investing and building community indicates that someone is buying and they're doing it on credit because banks certainly because there's plenty of inventory for AGNC/MTGE/ARR/NLY/etc/yada to buy.

Give the horse an apple and buy on the dips.
