You guys please continue to stay away MORL, because I am going to make all the profits. Look at the price of another 2X ETN From UBS: RWXL (2xLeveraged Dow Jones International Real Estate ETN) after one year, it ran from $25 to $32 plus 2X dividend monthly.

People seemed to confused about how they will dole out the mreits dividends coming at the end of the month and how the pricing of MORL will be effected.
