MITT is non-agency and AGNC is, well... agency.
I hold both of those (and some others) - it's not an either/or situation. MITT is not as tied to the Fed's gyrations, but AGNC is very well run and innovative.
MITT's payout ratio is also remarkably low which is why they are in my 'folio.
