One lesson I have not learned: book your biotech gains when you have them..

Well, you got in at the right time. I played it with covered calls last week and made a little money pretty quickly, but I got out as it pulled back to $7.90. If you really have that many shares, if I were you I'd lock in most of those gains, say 20K shares, and let the rest roll. The trial results will have to be pretty good to move the stock higher. And if the news is not good, you will lose about 80% of your stake.
