A little confused. They were buying back stock. Now issuing new shares. Generally, in the past, a spo has helped. Ordered prospectus today. I'm probably too small to be allowed to buy any, however.
It's exactly the same thing that ARR did..... but their BV dropped.
And shareholders took a hit @ARR.

If we get another major reit sell off and it drives the price down enough, I'm sure they will buy back shares.
Exactly their strategy. Sell shares (SPO) when the trading price is well over book value; buy back their own shares when the price is appreciably below book value. They read Warren Buffet's book. Book 'em Dan-o.
