I don't trust NTI to pay that divy without further SPO's
Refiners are very volatile in earnings, so I wonder how long the trend will continue.
The div has already been reduced since last one paid and the track record is very short. ( only two qtrs )
If you got in early, it's ok but you better have a stop loss.
I think it was ovip or some name like that, brought it up on the spo at 24.50(which I bought)Still holding it,it's odd that it's trading down on a good report today, while cvrr is trading up.I guess it's got to do with the ethanol tax.
I have recommended it in the past, but that was a while ago.
I bought 40,000 shares at an average of $24.50 too, but I bailed and finished selling a couple of days ago [I posted both buy and sell previously] for a total gain of $267,000 in less than two months [just got my settled numbers today]. In my opinion, posted when I sold, I will not be looking at NTI until the cap ex for increased through-put, and the regular maintenance, is done in a couple of months. Then, I'll see.
