What's the point of all this incessant guessing? Why not to relax and collect the dividends which are likely to continue at high rate for the next year or two and a decent rate later? Isn't it the reason for dividend investment?

Bushwacker !! If you think a SPO is due soon, what does that make you want to do? I see three good choices: (1) Sell (2) buy more on SPO ( my choice). (3) Do nothing and let thing things work themselves out. (4) work yourself into a tizzy and have a heart attack. For me 2 and 3 are best with 1 in third place. And 4 no thank you. It might be in your best interest to think it over and make your choice . On my first MREIT investment I went with (1) sell and regretted it later.
