I believe that AGNC will continue to pay at least a $6.00 annual dividend.
In addition, I believe that the share price of AGNC is going to climb from $25.50 to $38.50 in three years. Should that happen then the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) over that period is 14.47%
My best guess is $1 per share. I would not mind seeing the dividend go down to 85 cents as others here have suggested though. With a significant reduction in the dividend, the stock price will almost have to go down from here and interested buyers like myself will be able to pick up some additional shares.

$.80...they need to get ahead of the 2nd guessing every quarter. Pay a special out at YE with any extra. MITT pays $3.20...just declared for this quarter...and it trades at $22.75. Hate it or not, that's my guess.
Low end $1 and high $1.25. They do have cash leftover from better quarters to pay $1.25. $1.15 is a good guess but I lean towards $1.25. The earnings in the future look like $1 average so sooner or later it will go to a $1 dividend.
