Summary Judgment explained
Who said CUTR will be out of business? This case is going to trial. Both sides think they can win. Both have invested over 10 mil. I hope not, but you have to understand what is at stake for CUTR and what PMTI stands to gain. I honestly hope there is a reasonable settlement but PMTI is hard core on this one.
