sent an email to the Northern Ministry of Mines

You can google up the webpage. Yahoo won't allow links. Here's the text of it and I suggest that all shareholders concerned about unreasonable government delay do the same.
    Dear Sir,
I am an investor and I am concerned about unreasonable permitting delays pertaining to the graphite mine at Bissett Creek under development by Northern Graphite Inc. You may not be aware of a certain horse race aspect to this project in terms of economic advantages for Canada and time really is of the essence. For the the good of the community and the country as well as the share holders who invested on the assumption of good faith by the parties concerned especially in weighing the constitution of what makes a safe political jurisdiction for such a project, please take any and all reasonable steps to expedite this process so that this important opportunity is not lost for the people that you are mandated to serve.

    • Below is an excerpt from the October 31, 2012 press realease. Now the Ontario Province is anti-mining or at the least incompentant, according the Mr. Bowes.

Gregory Bowes, Chief Executive Officer, stated: "The submission of the Mine Closure Plan is a major milestone for the Company that moves the project a significant step closer to production. We expect that the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines will review and return the MCP in a timely fashion in keeping with their policy of promoting sustainable economic development in the province.

I also sent a request for information on why the delay on the mine lease permit which seems to be holding up the process. It was changed after initial review in November and re submitted. I believe that the MCP is being help up on the lease not being given after 9 months. I will update when I hear back, which I doubt I will. I have not heard reason on why Mr. Baxter resigned but I wonder if it had to do with the filing and permitting delay

      Sentiment: Hold
