I also sent a request for information on why the delay on the mine lease permit which seems to be holding up the process. It was changed after initial review in November and re submitted. I believe that the MCP is being help up on the lease not being given after 9 months. I will update when I hear back, which I doubt I will. I have not heard reason on why Mr. Baxter resigned but I wonder if it had to do with the filing and permitting delay
