    I wouldn't sell now

Despite last week's downgrade, QGEN has been holding its own technically. It's a mere 3% off it's 2/5/07 high, and has been in a narrow trading range since then, on average to below average volume. Nothing in its chart suggests that it's time to sell. Relative strength is still above 60, it's under accumulation, and the money flow is still positive--suggesting there's more buying than selling going on. In my opinion, QGEN is simply taking a breather--not unlike similar ones after steep rises during the first 10 days of January and again during the third week of January; and both were followed nicely by more gains. I'd guess that buyers are holding and waiting for good news, otherwise the downgrade would have caused a far sharper sell-off. I am buying more here, but will keep tight stops.
