Generic Advair... better than the original? Everyone wins! (except maybe GSK ;)
3M has numerous studies regarding their Taper inhaler using their own generic version of Advair, all of which was recently sold to Adamis Pharmaceuticals. I'm unable to posts the links to the studies in this forum due to yahoo limitations, but a quick search for "3M Taper Advair" yields numerous PDF and PPT links on 3M's site. Those 3M documents compare thier Taper Inhaler to Glaxo's Advair Diskus. The 3M Taper is proven more efficient at lower cost than GSK's Advair Diskus. This deal keeps getting better and better the more I read and research it. All the pieces are there for Adamis Pharmaceuticals to easily create a generic version of Advair with 3M supplying. I'm sure many don't realize this from Adamis' recent press release, so you can still scoop up their stock for pennies on the dollar. I am really looking forward to Adamis' conference call to shareholders this Tuesday, where hopefully all of this will be made abundantly clear. Looks like a big win for 3M, Adamis, and consumers!
