My guess is a lot of OSH shareholders got their shares when SHLD spun company off. Not sure how it worked for SHLD shorts - if they inherited an OSH short at same time? Just seems like a lot of shorts in OSH for such a thinly traded stock. Anyway, it looked like some covering in SHLD today as well as in SHOS. Both related somewhat. Couldn't help but to think the couple spikes today were short covering. Just wondering if something positive happens to SHLD or SHOS if that could ripple over. Maybe not, just thinking out loud.
Looks like a large holder is trying to cash out. With so few share outstanding, and so many shareholders getting OSH stock in the spinoff, it only takes one large seller to drive down a stocks price. Maybe Eddie. Maybe Berkowitz.
