    house prices declineing again

    pmi is dead meat if house prices drop another 10%, actually they are dead meat anyway

    • pb I give you credit for posting facts at least. Unfortunately you only saw one side of that table. The rear view comparison was "down" (first two metrics), the projections from here are largely "up"(the last two in the list).
