    Violence forging brutal Baghdad divide

if you read the entire article linked in your post you will find it contradicts your own thesis. Most of Saddam's killings ended in 1991. The article mentions "up to 2500" dead in the years 1991-1997, none afterwards.

OTOH Bush's war resulted in over 655,000 dead Iraqis, an estimated 1-2 million Iraqis displaced from their homes, over 3,200 dead "coalition" troops, and more than 46,000 "coalition" casualties.

Bush is a much bigger butcher than Saddam, according to your own numbers. If there were any justice in the world Bush would stand trial in Baghdad alongside Saddam and Bush would be sentenced to greater punishment than Saddam.
