It does not look good-all the gain for today is gone

Volume is mediocre. House prices have not stabilized. Inflation is not here yet. But the anal-cysts hyping the commodity stocks so they can get out. Another severe recession is about hit. China is increasing interest rates and US has no choice but increase rates and kill the recovery. GOP won't let economy recover.

    • Okay - so sell. No reason to keep posting here if you think you can do better elsewhere or in cash.

I respectfully think you're wrong about a few things, but you have to do what is right for yourself. If you honestly feel you're not going to be able to sleep at night, then go ahead and get out of this company.

For what it's worth, political parties cannot make an economy good. They can only make an economy bad. The "make an economy good" part is done by absense of political meddling, and I believe the crash of 1920 (the largest crash in US history, not the 1928 crash which was the second largest) proves the point. The thing corrected itself in six months after nobody did anything. I bet most have never even heard of it. The "roaring twenties" soon followed. Crashes are normal. How we react to them has never been consistent, but I'd advocate doing less is actually helping more.

See you in some other investment ;)

    • You say you are for neither party yet you finish your post with an attack on the GOP. Just sayin'.

      • SUCKER PLAY.. NO Demand for Aluminum Chinese cut in Half the demand for cars.. because of pollution.. Cars will be smaller & won't take as much aluminum to make them.

So where is all the demand for aluminum going to come from? Trains?
        Space Stations?
        Satellite Dishes?
        Iphones, Ipods,IPADS
what takes a lot of aluminum to build for this Demand of Aluminum to increase?
        Wrigleys cut the gum wrappers...

    • Last time I looked it was up over 3%, I think it looks very good. The GOP with any luck will curb spending which you seem to be concerned about. Debt can be controlled, it just takes the will to do so. I believe it is here.

    • GOP's fault huh? Another voice heard from the liberal/socialist obama lovers group. Now cover your losing short and go away.

      • 1st of all-I am not short. 2nd I am not a fan of liberal democrats. Neither party has done any good except spend and spend as though our kids and grand kids will pay for it. Neither party has nerve to live within their means-spend only what the income is. US is fast going the way Roman empire and British empires did if you know any history. A trillion deficits/year as my eye can see it. Soon a trillion interest payments/year hyper boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
