want taxes raised. They are on Capitol Hill to lobby for higher taxes, but when given the actual chance to contribute to the U.S. Gov't office in charge of accepting contributions specifically given for the lowering of the national debt, all refuse to give anything. Watch these HYPOCRITES in action!
This thread is getting pretty long so let me get back to the original post. 12 men trying to change a system...A good thing?
You take issue these 12 men when confronted with failure why not just drop in the money they have?
Am I correct here so far?
Ok...Think smart here, does anyone want to pour water in a bucket with a hole in the bottom where no real progress can be measured? Oppsosed to a collective that would certainly make a difference?
I think you can bash them all you like but its a group trying to put there money where there mouth is and get fellow millionares to join.
Its easy to throw tomamtoes b and much harder to contribute.
Your rants on this message board dont qualify for a contribution..sorry
Looks like all NEOCONS are intellectually challenged. Many who propose taxing the rich make a lot of contributions to charity. By them giving additional dollars will not reduce the national debt. Work the math not Limbaugh and Rightwing stpidity. Again with your logic since you and your party believed in IRAQ war, why did they not send their kids or family, perhaps they could ante up for their war in IRAQ!! Believing in something is one thing, Making additinal contribution would be like paying for those who are not willing to ante up their FAIR SHARE!
When taxes are raised which they will be all the bozos will do is spend the money which will have no effect on the debt, none what so ever. The more you give the congress the more they will spend. Even if all you tax lovers got all the tax raises you are wishing for, it will make no difference because the bozos will spend it and just create more debt, nothing will be paid off, only added debt will result from the additional taxes. You fools really trust the congress to do the right thing, that is our real problem.
Your chosen article has no bearing on the degree of hypocracy shown in the video. What is your point? Are you so "pro-tax increase" that you can't understand that the point made in the video is that these individuals are not willing to put their money where their mouths are? Do you really believe that - with their armies of accountants and lawyers - they will pay a penny more if the tax rate on their bracket goes up?
Consider your source. How much did Rolling Stone Magazine contribute to: 0bama's, Pelosi's & Reid's campaigns? Do you think that they have given a penny to any conservative's cause in the last 40 years? Go find a non-biased source that applies to this thread.
Only an intellectual elitist would fail to recognize the degree of their hypocracy! Their feigned goal is to lower the national debt, but their actual goal is to raise taxes on those who don't have an army of accountants and lawyers (like these 12 individuals) - that allows them to avoid paying any tax altogether! If each of them contributed $25 Million to the Office of the Treasury, it would be a start in reducing the national debt. As anyone can see, they won't contribute a single dollar to further their feigned goal. They are the posterboys for the meaning of the word, "HYPOCRITE"!
