Based on this stocks history, no retail investor should remain in this stock. There is absolutely no way this stock is worth the speculation or risk. If it doesn't go to near "0" soon I'd be suprised. I only think god I got out of the stock a while back, but this is certainly criminal in my book. I can't rationally justify any of it. It's a dead company to me.
I agree. I lost a bit of money and switched to VRNG. I'm still trying to help you retail investors recoup losses by getting out ASAP.
Someone laughed at me when it popped a week or so ago and I sold everything I had at 4.80 and added to VRNG I think @ 2.80 but not positive...
Seriously, though. VRNG is basically bottomed. Get out of here and get in there before it is possible.
Disclosure: I have no position or plan to in ROSG in the next 72 hours. I am long VRNG (far too deep. I have too much faith, just like ROSG....except the stuff VRNG is out in the OPEN not all hidden behind closed doors....)
Look at their 17 May and 25 May SEC filings announcing stock offerings. Both indicate the number of shares and PPS. Why did the 25 June SEC filing only indicate 35 million with no mention of share numbers or prices?
I wouldn't reinvest money in this company, only two things we know for sure. Never had a product sold on the market, and have continue split or issued shares to fund their operations at the expense of shareholders. Even their current offerings basically milk the prior buyers of their money. Can't be trusted, and if you do, why?
