Investorhub rumors: Roche offering $10.50 buyout price
Anyone care to comment? I know the special meeting in December is to appoint a new head of board but that could have been done without the special meeting. Something is brewing big time

Well, I guess no one is taking this rumor seriously. As I mentioned before, I hope it isn't true, anyway. This company has a pipeline that should be worth way more than that rumor suggests.

They may be giving the company away at that price. Stupid Management, that may be all the intelligence they have.

I hope not. I realize many here have gotten in at the lows, but my cost basis is higher than $10.50. I would need a considerably better offer as a buyout to not be burned badly.
