This one can run any time for no apparent reason. No selling pressure, shares are in the right hands. And, a usual, we just await news, and that could be anytime or it could wait until just after first of year. The important thing is that there certainly seems no meaningful downside risk, FINALLY. Add if you can at the sub-$5 level.
