With a name like geosmart I would expect u to write smarter than what u r portraying. U are severely misguided. First off, there is no share offering... It's a shelf. Secondly, we have sufficient cash for about 1 1/2 years of operation. And lastly, past performance is not indicative of the future. Your above comment is of very poor substance.
