HOV trades as if the $1.7 billion debt isn't there

YES I'm short. This is one of the most ridiculously valued stocks I can find. A stock price of $1 or $2 would be very rational.

How does a real estate company with negative equity, negative earnings, and mountains of debt make it. Home sales are still disasterous. If home sales tripled, then maybe they could rebuild some shareholder value.

    • The only reason you mentioned the secondary was because of Beazers announcement today. It reeks of bashing, grasping straws, trying to latch onto something to hurt the stock.

It is what it is, $8/share

Your problem is that you think markets and stocks are working simply based on numbers. I can remember 1 year ago when literally 4 different analysts said Las Vegas Sands could not make debt payments and would not be a going concern past June 2009

Shares are now $25+ and getting better everyday.

HOV. Will be fine. The Armenians are very proud people. Great businessmen. This company will thrive again. Mark it.

I would cover if I was you. Don't let it get out of hand.
