According to sfio news they started selling cigarettes in european countries around june/july of 2010, but on their financial reports on otc markets.com the income is only around 18000, does that mean they only sold around 800 cartons at the price of 22.50 during these 6 months....could anyone please give me an idea
nadayil: For frame of reference, the European Union (EU) has about 495M people living in it. The US has about 310M people living in it. If SFIO sold only $18k product in it's home markets (EU has 60% more people than the US) in 2010 you can be sure there's no way they'll sell $50M product in the US in year one.
From doing some research... the biggest issue here was that the FDA banned these cartridges because there was nobody regulating what actually went inside of them!! they could be putting the same exact chemicals in there as well and who knows what else.. the fact that they have approval and possibly patents is the key.... who knows they also may license what they have out to other companies.
just posting what i've slowly been finding out. Heck they may not sell a thing and hold these patents just to sell them.
thats only a sample market they were in. Two locations I believe.. and only the option that has no nicotine. Patent coming to sell nicotine e-cigs in 36 countries. Launch in USA soon... It is in infant stages. Every infant needs to grow... were they supposed to developed into an adult in one year? It is happening as we speak... so no, you may not have our shares and my ignore button on you is now activated
