broker said could be up to a month before the shares show up.
lets hope this puppy keeps going up.
don't know why but makes me think of that song from the Money Man, maybe it's the 49 decapitated
Guys you're making this way to hard. There is no need to split adjust the warrants. Take the # of warrants currently in your acct and Use the following formula:
10,000 warrants x.018487 = $184.87 (cost to convert to shares)
10,000 warrants x .046218 =462 (# of addition shares you now own)
why they told me a month and it took a day ? maybe it's like cheech and chongs , up in smoke border scene, custom dude asks them how long they were in Mexico, one says a day and the other a week, so the guy asks what was it a week or a day? Cheech says "a week day"
No, no one paid for the warrants yet, you paid for the other shares, not the warrants, those are separate from the private offering shares you bought. If or when you decide to exercise the warrant, then you pay for those $0.40 shares.
yeah I payed twice also, once for the right , and once to get it done...I'm no expert on terminology...but I know my common shares will be hopefully showing up soon...after hearing everyone getting there's so fast....feel like calling TD and saying WTF....maybe I should bash da Cubs too
Maybe I'll get lucky and have them soon or ol Neph will rocket by a months time LOL
You mean just purchased the warrants(with the # of warrants/20x$.04?) or your warrents was converted to common shares?
I have a 8000 warrants(NEP/W/WI)in my scottrade account. I think I can purchase them within 5 years beginning at 2010. There are lots of messaaes about the warrants. I am still confuse. Hope to heaar from you. Thnaks.
The warrants = Options but long term
you have to ask at your broker to convert them in stocks.
nbr warrants / 20 (you apply the reverse split) = nbr stocks X 0.40 = cost to exercise your warrants in stocks.
It's my understanding!
The warrants are a right to purchase shares. You don't buy warrants - you convert them to shares that you pay (after the conversion math) $.40 per share.
If you have 8000 warrants, you have about 370 shares you can buy for 40 cents each.
Hope that helps.
I have a input on "lost warrants" thread.....I Found out that I have about 3000+ in warrants. I am also with e-trade..can you explain to which number I call and how to to explain to the e-trade rep that I want to convert warrants to common shares. Thanks v/r Fred
