So 10 million a year is approx 90 cents E/S current outstanding shares, I dont care what you say about warrants, unless they're exercised, we aren't considering that as float. So 10x earnings is $9/share. Now considering that its a 3-yr contract pushes us to $75/share.....no math basis, thats my wall street, "we make up whatever valuation we like , i.e., AAPL $1111/share" estimate. Im sticking to my prediction. $75/share within 3 weeks. HAHA
IF we got whole $45M contract, I would guess 25% margin on that, which would equate to $4M profit per annum. On a (say) 15M float, that's approximately 30c per share. At 20 p/e, that's $6 a share. Obviously I'd take that v quickly if offered to me tomorrow. The much bigger prize tho is a fat supply contract w chem aqua. That has the potential to blow away the army contract.
Its all fun to speculate, can help lighten the mood.
I am no Einstein on stock valuation, so I will keep with the BIg Boy investors and follow their lead. If they buy into this next offering, so will I. If they keep their stock and don't panic sell, so will I. If and when the pps rises, and the big money doesn't yet sell, neither will I. When the big boys start to sell, so will I.
