Has no one thought the investigative reports today (8/6) on HCA hospitals in Florida doing catherizations and stent work that was unwarranted worth considering? This is an explosive story, since HCA management, despite being under DOJ monitoring, hid information from both federal and state authorities. This is not going to turn out well for HCA. You'd think that investors would be interested in a story like this.

Do you "SHORT" much....This HCA is headed NORTH to $40.00 VERY soon, so you better cover before you LOSE everything!!! IMO..

    • Tip of iceberg. Another fine that will be in the billions. Forced sell off of hospitals and private equity gets another special dividend. And this is the HC system that works? Pure greed and unethical. Glad I don't live in Florida, besides unnecessary surgery I would get defective stents!

See what other HCA cath centers outside of Florida numbers are when the audits are reviewed. Sorry to say these guys should be sacked and fined and serve time.

      • .... No one forced any Cardiologist to buy a big house...he's a narcissist with a big ego.

... The IRS stopped hospitals from offering income guarantee's to Doctors just a few years ago. In the 90's they would wine and dine the Doctor, sell him a big house, set up his practice, pay him for year, knowing he was never going to collect the money to pay back the "guarantee" ... before you know it the car crashes pile up since the Doctor wrote years of benzo's...hey, Big Pharma knows what hooks you...send them all for detox at a fictitious facility....owned by the same hospital that offered the "guarantee"...

The Feds have the data on the drugs wrote since residency...they prefer to take the Doc out when he has money.
