If this turns around, other than an inch here and there, it will not be until they get their rating back from AM Best. If they do well, that will be 2-3 years. Or, as an alternative, they are purchased. Then there may be a 30-35% premium on the stock. They think they can turn it around, and maybe they can, but it is a huge challenge for them. The stars need to be aligned and they need extreme discipline and knowledge. So far, they are not showing that in the insurance marketplace. Just knee jerk reactions such as... Getting off whole books of business instead of underwriting to a profit and increasing prices to a proper level.
