I am curious as to why VCLK would let loose a profitable enterprise and lose the cash flow. I am sure the acquisition price is decent relative to the free cash flow they are losing, but what is more interesting to me is that they are "divesting" and international concern. From a regulatory stand point, this would make their being acquired that much easier. I may be trying too hard to read the tea leaves here, but selling profitable businesses does not make too much sense unless they got BANK for the sale....anyone else see my logic?

    Sentiment: Buy
