A few years ago, Jimmy Sinclair used to brag about how much money he put into TRX. Remember, that figure only included his purchases and not his sales. What he would do was selling $1 million dollars of his personal shares and then use that money to buy newly created shares in a private placement. Jimmy Sinclair would be out of pocket nothing. Effectively, newbies were funding operations when they purchased those original shares that Jimmy sold in the public market.
Well, he was exposed by this message board and Barron's and he stopped doing it. Then all of a sudden a new company named Van Tongeren Management started doing private placements. Funny because they have a CFO with that same last name working for the company. So I think Jimmy knew he got caught and is now having Van Tongeren Management play the same game.
Something doesnt add up here. I am 99% convinced this is going to $0.00/share.
Anyway, this is all my own opinion. Trade at your own risk.
I have noticed that you tend to give objective and unbiased opinions even if they aren't popular or what we want to hear. I can't speak for all the longs, but as a concerned long, I do appreciate your posts. Thank you very much and I hope you keep on posting.
