Are you sticking to your claim that there is no viable gold in the surface ruble at Buckreef based on your research that "no mineralization in surface gravels is reported in the technical reports related to this property" and that "JS had to retract his statements about surface gravels since those statements were not in compliance with 43-101 requirements"?

Or, are you willing to admit that it is not clear whether or not IAM Gold had a license to mine "the" surface rubble at Buckreef?

    • I think Magoo picked up some IAM personnel when they got Bucky. No idea what kind of talent pool they got.

    • What if JS won Powerball? Too many what ifs to make a well considered investment.

      1) 30% of the project amounts to $75 million. Based on the typical discount and market price reaction. A financing of that magnitude would mean about 50 million additional shares. Certainly doable but you wouldn't want to buy stock in advance of the offer.

      2) STAMICO does not have the ability to fund the project. The whole point of the development model is to gather external capital to fund projects. My take is that STAMICO is there to insure that locals get hired and as a justification for STAMICO to buy some equipment to use on other projects.

      3) If the project had the potential to be self funding, TRX would not be involved. Tanzania would have never put the license out for bid. The country simply would have awarded the license to STAMICO and STAMICO would have hired the mining expertise. Of which, by the way, TRX has none. TRX does not have the expertise internally to build or opertate a mine. JS has never run an operating company. What he has done is run a exploration company that basically hires contract drillers. The TRX STAMICO partnership only makes sense from the perspective of STAMICO and Tanzania if TRX raises the capital for the project.

What if TRX was able to fund 25% to 40% of the project, STAMICO would contribute and/or back the project, and the loan duration would be 2 to 3 years?

What if Buckreef Gold Company Limited were to grow into the mining operation, and self fund the project over a 3 to 5 year period?

    • Of course I did. I've also checked every entity that I've heard mentioned. Can't find one. I find it a tad hypocrital of JS to go out hat in hand to all the global bankers he blasts on JSMineset to finance a speculative project in which his company will have put up only about 10% of the equity.

    • Did you?

    • May meet the criteria but you need to look at the actual projects the IFC has funded and the amounts invested or loaned.

    • That wasn't always there. Believe me I looked when it hit the wires. TRX practicing 1984!
