I do not understand why the SEC hasn't shut them down. The CEO blogs all day, sells compendium CD's, and has the nerve to go on a global tour charging $50 per person. I wonder where he got that idea from? Armstrong???
TRX is going to $0 folks. I exposed the FRAUD going on with GORO and JAGUAR MINING and I will not be wrong about this one.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Nonesense, I keep buying with my constant stream of income flows. And not just TRX, I'm up to 8 juniors that I like now. On average, this will outperform my metals, but I think at least a couple will become bought out, and at least one or two will really be producing on their own within a couple of years (TRX sooner). Why not? They have the resouces, they have the cash to buy the equipment to mine Kigosi (and are doing so based on the last update and my emails with the head honcho), and have good ties in government, partners even. They are treating the locals fairly.. what more could you ask for? Where is this fraud of which you speak?
I guess you're main idea is that you think the management is incompetent, and that they aren't getting things done, is that it? But why? So far there haven't been any major screwups, and in fact progress has been steady enough to not be too concerned. They drilled the #$%$ out of Kigosi, delineated a resource and a method, came into an excellent find with Buckreef (inheriting hundreds of thousands of drilled meters, a proven resource with the same geology and general location as some of the best mines in Tanzania, and have proven with the 2012-2013 drilling that it will be expanded). They have mining-experienced engineers, cash, no debt, and last but not least (and I know you'll hate this), Sinclair! hahaha
The only thing I hope against with TRX is a buyout!
The big why not Buckreef. TRX needs $250 million in cash to develop it which they do not have. The misrepresentation is that it can be financed without issuing any additional shares.
The other misrepresentation is the government partnership. It is government's share of every new mining project in the country. It is not unique to TRX nor is it of any particular benefit. STAMICO will not be advancing any money. They will only be taking their cut.
Buckreef is a failed mine and was a disappointment when it was in production.
Don't worry no one is going to buy it. It is massively overvalued. Just look at other mining company acquisitions for guidance on valuation.
The CEO has gone on a 3 day rant about registering the TRX certificates (so people can't sell IMO) and scolding his CIGA's for not wanting to go to Question and Answer sessions that are nothing more than adulation /groupie meetings in which the CEO banks bucks and pumps his stock....in his so humble manner of course! Do people really fall for this? He tries to get the hard asset crowd to buy his paper stock by building himself up to be their guru. Expect charm, charisma, a lot of name dropping, and the ol "My mission is to save you by getting you out of the styem crapola". Desperate!! (This is opinion and not to be construed as financial advice).
The CEO had about 3.5 million shares of so in 2006. He now has less than 2 millions shares! DUH!! HELLO!!! DO YOU HAVE A BRAIN?????? What does this tell you?????? When the stock hit $2.35 why didn't he step in and buy 1 million shares at market??? DUH, HELLO!!! Is the kool aid that strong???
Jazzy went to London, got ripped for $50 + time and travel expenses and all he has to show for it is little if any info about TRX. Jazzy, did you ask him why he keeps reducing his shares and hasn't bought any shares on the open market when it was in the mid 2's? Real simple question right there.
It is like being in Vegas and you are down to your last 500 bucks after you started with $10,000. Instead of going home and walking away, you want to get your money back. You have reached the point of no return. That is what is going on with the TRX longs. They refuse to listen to reason or logic, they have lost so much listening to Sinclair that they are willing to lose the last 10 or 20 percent just to get it over with.
