how can you sell a property for 30 million and have your market cap rise only to 9.8 million?

A good example of the extreme pessimism toward the industry; I guess it's presumed that whatever you do with the cash will return only about 30 cents to the dollar.

    • Here's an idea. Take the 30 million and merge with aumn -trading near cash value. Add rvm near cash value.
Add usgif -pay down all debt plus atnaf-pay down all debt. Consolidate all admin costs +regulation costs. perhaps do something with vgz and max.to.
You get a debt free company with cash to survive 5 years. Potential gold production of 1 million oz per year and perhaps 15 million silver ounces per year. Silver production of 2 million per year right now plus gold production of 40k per year. Potential to more than double that when conditions are right. Even if you have to pay some premiums think of the potential. Market cap of the combined companies under 100 million with probably 20 million in cash left over.
The fact you can even think this on paper shows how crazy this market is ? Then repeat this process with ag minerals or uranium.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
