I am Losing $ by the day.
Why is the stock acting this way all the other reits are going up way up ? Makes no sense the bad news is behind us worth at least 13.
I agree, this stock is now acting like a loser, but I can't sell, I am under water. I will hold until the dividends make it possible, and sell. For now, I can only hold.

At the way it is dropping I am with you. It will take me two dividends of .40 cents to break even. Looks like a bag holder for a year.
