I think the company will go BK in 2009 or early
2010.

The company is bleeding cash. And they have a
lot of debt. They could not turn a profit for
the past two quarters. They will need to go back
to the capital markets for more money. Problem
is, nobody wants to lend money to a ski resort.

Come on, people are staying home and watching
TV instead. Forget about that expensive ski
vacation.
