They are not making many friends. Rumors are swirling that they axed some long time employees who have given their hearts and souls to the organization!!
That will change the perception of Commerce as a community bank to a "mega money making machine" that they always say they are not.
The Trust Department, with less about $30 million in profit is a drop in the bucket.
It seems to me some folks got sacrificed cause someone is trying to justify their existence.
Oh well...........Time will tell.
Of course, none of us know the real truth. I only know what folks tell me.
