    Don't understand Mgmt really...

There is so much liquidity slushing around in the market, you abosolultely know that there are a ton of larger companies that would love to buy CFR. I'm certainly calls have already been made. However, mgmt must certainly be ignoring all the calls. I personnally like the company but I don't see how mgmt is holding the shareholders best interest in mind when they are refusing to consider a sell. This industry is now an industry where scale rules no matter what type of brand loyalty you think you have based on the TX "we're from here". Longterm the regionals...all of them...just are not going to be able to compete with the likes of WB, C, JPM, BAC...just no way, not longterm anyway. and with this much liquidity, CFR mgmt could probably fetch a premium close to 40%. I just don't get it...
