Why doesn't CFR expand in El Paso?
Anyone know? Seems logical that they would, but I see that their are no branches there or not anywhere in west TX that is. Strange...

population is and where the average income is $3,000 to $5,000 greater than the

Can't the same thing be said about San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley, which they just expanded into? The fact of the matter is that El Paso is one of the largest metro areas in the lone state which CFR operates in. Seems like a pretty easy decision to me, but what do I know.
