Just take a look at the track record of upgrades/downgrades by some of these analysts and you will know exactly how to take this one. Many of the u/d are a complete joke.
Best public bank in the best area of the country...if you're gonna own one it might as well be this one. It will be the last one standing for reasons already mentioned.
