    I agree with moving into the "2nd tier" cities. FYI, Frost already has branches all over the Rio Grande Valley, from Brownsville up to McAllen/Mission.

    • yea I saw that on their web site after my post. Mea culpa!
      But that is the strategy they need to employ.
      They are a solid bank BUT. Spealing from here in the mid-cities (very mid-city) it is almot like they want you to come find them, is they are sparsely populated. I see Chase, BAC, WFC and even Comerica most everywhere. yea yea yea theya re doing something right. But numerous American companies have sat on tehir laurels counting their cash only to find competition out-maneuvered them.
      should I make a partial list or need I?
