The Board of Directors needs to fire Ursula Burns ASAP she has done nothing but hurt this once great company. Every employee I know wants her gone. Write a letter to each board member asking for Ursula to be fired.

Ursula is the product of Affirmative Action. She was protected throughout her career. There were other executives who were much better than she. I am sure she will be protected by the Board. Unfortunate for Xerox, yes a once great company.

We need to get rid of her she has done nothing for Xerox. The vast majority of employees want her gone.
