    Mad Money - LRN

Today Cramer said that the rule of thumb to get out of a stock is when the P/E ratio is twice the growth rate. If First Call has the EPS at $0.47, then at todays close of $34.50, the P/E is approximately 73x. The growth rate on revenues assuming management's guidance of $520 is 35%. Therefore, Cramer would say sell. Cramer says that this rule of thumb is used by the hedge's to begin shorting.
