I have quite a few shares in HTR, so I decided I didn't want to exercise my rights offering - so I sold them on open market forr .63 cents. One can trade them or exercise them, but if you don't do anything, they expire worthless. In my case it was over $1000 to trade them. . .my advice - do something before the 29th.
