Take a look at at the Dec Corp Presentation on the Quest Rare Minerals website. IMO, this company has outstanding prospects going forward and very likely one of the best mines in the world for HREEs.
Read the news items on their site. IMO outstanding management. REE prices are down but IMO will not stay there and will pick up with the world economies.
Buy and hold this baby.
