You'll notice that it started out popping by 10 cents or so on lower volume but the volume picked up steadily throughout the day as the stock rose. It closed within a penny of it's intra-day high and finished with above normal volume.
That's what I would expect to see if folks were spending time trying to figure out such a complex re-structuring. Since the price rose as volume steadily picked up throughout the day, it would "suggest" that the more people studied it, the better they may have felt about it.
I'd say kudos to management for a very creative -and complex- arrangement. On time, they will solve the 15% heavy load. I'd really like to hear a bit more optimism from them on Monday. Hasn't happened yet. But no new impairments would be a biggie... for a change. Also, as plan mentioned, anything in the form of NCT buying notes on the cheap would be fantastic. No covenants and no restrictions anymore.
