I've read that China has numerous small pharma companies numbering thousands.
Large pharma companies enjoy many financial and competitive advantages.
TBET's shareholders have a non-binding $3 cash-offer. Can they do better?
After the next earnings-report expected soon, we'll have a better sense of TBET's value.

just to close TBET?
I hope to educate investors about the "potential" future-value of TBET and
China's pharma industry even though this Message Board is swamped with awful posts.
Hint: It's much higher than others can imagine in their wildest dreams.
Needless to say, I absolutely oppose TBET going private.
Take it somewhere else. I, and I am willing to bet most if not all others, intend to vote FOR privatization. Sorry, but I think you are probably a closet short. It simply does not make sense that you are an actual long and are against privatization. No privatization and the stock plummets to where it was, at a minimum, despite any alleged one man crusade to educate regarding value. Save your breathe.
Huh? What are you trying to say and what are you trying to accomplish?
take a risk to increase your wealth manyfold over the long-term is the decision now faced.
Disclosure: I have no position in TBET yet.
I've bought shares for my elder daughter Anna's account.
She also has positions in AOB and CPDU.
The trading data for the week clearly shows heavy manipulation.
Many messages posted here show a myopic mentality.
I obviously have a vision which I'll discuss in more detail at a later date.
Stay tuned!
P.S. More China pharmas are publicly traded than I've mentioned so far.
