Look at the history of the volume and share price

    - the first IPO price was $8 as per the first IPO prospectus filed with SEC in 2010

    - the price was later reduced to $5.50

    - When it started trading in January, the first day of trading accounted for its highest volume prior to the announcement of th eoffer. if you check, only 190,000 shares were traded on the first day which indicates that insiders believe it is worth more than $5 otherwise the excitement would have made them to bail out or if this was a fraud, they would have bailed out as well.

    - the subsequent volume dropped drastically to average of 20,000 shares per day up until Feb 26 when the go private offer leaked and the volume increased.

-My point is that if there is fraud, I wiuld have seen persistent offloading or dumping of the shares after the IPO but that did not happen. WHy hold onto a fraud if you know that it is a fraud?
