    Why wish ill on all Chinese ADR's? You are free to pick and choose base on the best of your ability and on available information.

    To date, the only negativity on tbet was the factory auction which Yu, and by virtue of silence agreed by auditors/directors etc, had denounced publicly.

      And yet NOT ONE WORD ON ANY UPDATE, considering the pps has gone from mid dollar fifty to $.25 -- also not completng the proper forms and be moved to pink sheets.

      So since you do not seem to think there is any thing wrong here, why don't you try to get hold of Mr Yu to see what in the world is going on and let us know. Good Luck with that!

      As long as the Chinese Gov allows and even encourages scams aginst Americans while it executes Chinese scamers of its own Chinese population, it is stupid to invest in such companies.

      I am not wishing any Chinese company ill will. Until the Gov of China initiates a similar tough program against those who scam Americans, any Chinese company that wants to raise money they should sell their IPO's in China and not to unsuspecting innocent Americans!!
