    Gov'nt and Wall Street wants consumers to spend,

    then again they want them to save. Let's see, it they spend, spend, spend, market goes up. If they spend, spend, spend, they get deeper into debt and learned nothing from the crash. Spenders get rewarded by helping push up the markets and savers get spanked by earning nothing in the bank.

    It's all such a complete joke.
