Apparently some others didnt think they were running the business correctly and going in the right direction. If they truly have that much in revenue, they need to have the right CFO and others to run the company properly, get finanicals done and audited in a timely matter, stop with the corrections to financials, etc. For a company with a market cap of $13 million, but revenues supposedly over $100 million, something has to change.
I hope the change is not a restatement of revenue. Or finding out that the Wang's are the majority owners of the Nangtong facility and screwed WEMU and it's shareholders out of the primary asset of the company.
